I adopt a non-judgemental, optimistic, and curious mindset and a person-centered, strength-based, and holistic approach.
In my approach, we won’t focus not on labels or diagnoses but on roles and stories. What roles have you taken on? What roles do you want to add on and assess for help? What stories have you been keeping telling yourself? What stories do you want to create for your future?
