Become a Life Coach

Professionally, I am a drama therapist, a life coach, and an intuitive tarot reader. Personally, I am a soul-driven artist and a lifetime learner. Since 19, I have discovered my lifetime career goal: to become a life coach! The end goal is clear (pun intended); however, I decide not to rush the process. Enjoy the journey, and savor each moment:)

职业上，我是一名戏剧治疗师、人生教练以及直觉塔罗占卜师。私人生活中，我是一个灵魂表达者，也是一位终身学习者。从19岁开始，我其实就发现了自己的人生事业：成为一名人生教练。虽然最终的目标已经很“清晰”（双关哈哈），但我并没有选择急于求成，而是去享受这段旅程，细细品味每一个当下。 🙂

Before Becoming a Helping Professional

I was a creative, bold, and spirited child. But adolescence was difficult. I struggled to make sense of my oversensitivity — I often felt lonely and unsure of myself. To fit into social norms and meet family expectations, I suppressed my true voice and dimmed parts of who I really was.

小时候的我，勇敢、自信、充满活力、创造力、想象力。然而，青春期是一段比较艰难的日子。那时候的我，无法理解自己的高敏感——总是感到孤独和缺乏自信。之后，为了遵从社会规则，迎合家里的期望，我渐渐压抑了内心真实的声音，隐藏了那个真正的自己。

I was a science/math major entering college because that’s what school taught me to be. After researching almost every degree plan, taking every personality/career test I could find, and having tons of tearful conversations with my parents, I ended up with a marketing degree and directly apply for graduate schools to study drama therapy. 

刚上大学时，我选择的是理科/数学专业，因为学校对我的教导就是这样的，那是“正确的选择”。但我并不开心。之后，我查遍了学校几乎所有的专业、做完能找到的每一个性格和职业测评、并和父母进行了无数次谈话之后，我最终转向市场营销，之后又直接申请了研究生，攻读戏剧治疗。

After five years in the therapy field, I gradually healed a lot of my own trauma and broke out of unhelpful patterns. I’ve since left my job as a therapist at an outpatient agency working with children and am now transitioning into coaching. I currently run 觉察客厅 — a space dedicated to cultivating awareness, personal growth, and meaningful connection.

在心理治疗领域工作了五年后，我逐渐疗愈了许多创伤，也走出了过去那些对我无益的模式。现在，我已经离开了原本在门诊机构为儿童提供治疗的工作，正在转型成为一名教练。我正在运营一个名为“觉察客厅”的空间，致力于培养自我觉察、个人成长与真实连接。

No matter what career path you choose, you’re always offering and serving what you truly value. For me, it’s about empowerment and connection. It’s about trusting that clients have the inner ability to help themselves, and being a witness to the process of reconnecting with their inner resources and achieving lasting growth.

因为无论选择什么职业，本质上我们始终在提供和服务于自己真正重视的东西。对我来说，那是“赋能”与“连接”——相信每位来访者都有能力帮助自己，也愿意见证他们如何与内在资源重新连接，并实现长远而深刻的成长。
