Hey, I’m Clear (she/her), from Suzhou, China! Professionally, I am a drama therapist, an intuitive tarot reader, and an NLP alignment coach.

Personally, I am a fellow traveler like you are on this life journey toward peace, joy, and freedom. One day at a time, we put down heavy internalized/externalized shackles. We stay curious about life and embrace our uniqueness; we welcome the external/internal connection and celebrate growth.

I found my clients who first come to me feeling overall okay with life at the same time feeling somewhat stuck, confused, and lost. They experience challenges in areas such as career, culture, family & relationship, and spirituality and crave for changes. They want to decrease stress and low mood, increase self-understanding, self-expression, and self-love, and feel unstuck. Most importantly, they want to have inner resources to solve current problems, and feel unstuck.

Through the journey we walked together, they engage in a self-discovery, self-acceptance, and self-empowerment process and connect with their inner child/artist/guide. And it’s a fun and powerful process! They acquire creative problem-solving skills and regain life control and freedom. They could even achieve an inner transformation and use their talents and passions to create the life they want to live.

This website reflects not only my professional helper role but also my personal writer role, as I believe in the power of connection and authenticity. On the blog page, I write my feelings/thoughts and provide resources for others about self-awareness and personal development. Sometimes I write in Chinese, sometimes in English.

我发现客户刚开始找到我的的时候，都觉得生活过得还可以，但是却又同时有迷失和困顿的感觉。Ta们可能在职业、文化、家庭&亲密关系，灵性方面遇到挑战，渴望有变化。Ta们想要减轻孤独、焦虑等负面情绪，增强自我认知、自我表达、自我接纳。最重要的是，获得内在资源，对现状不再有受困的感受。

在这场与我共行教练/疗愈之旅中，Ta们会进行自我探索，和内在小孩/艺术家/向导联结。这是一场非常有趣、自我赋能的旅程！Ta们收获创意性解决问题的能力，重新获得生活的掌控。Ta们甚至会收获内在的转变，并用自己的天赋和热情，去创造Ta们想要的生活。

我相信真诚和联结的力量。因此这个网站不仅仅包含我的职业身份，还有个人表达。在博客页面，我记录我自己的感受和想法，以及为他人提供一些自我觉察和个人成长的资源。有的时候我会用英文写，有的时候会用中文。
